You begin in 1800 as a young United States. Each year, history presents you with a choice. You may build through trade, reform, diplomacy, industry, war, or isolation.

But the world order rewards more than power. To rise, you must prove that your state can govern, cooperate, defend itself, enrich its citizens, and shape a stable international system.

Your goal is to reach Tier 5: the highest rank in the world order. But reaching the top is not enough. You must stay there, cultivate allies, raise prosperity, and prevent rival powers from overturning the system.

China will emerge as your great competitor. The question is whether history ends in stable meritocracy β€” or begins again in domination.
